    French Crepe Station

    Guest may choose from an array of fillings, while crepes are prepared before their eyes. Scrumptious fillings including flaked salmon or chicken, sautéed spinach and mushrooms, artichokes, caramelized onion, ricotta cheese or mixed vegetables are folded into each crepe and served up by the chef. Toppings like mushroom cream sauce finish the plated presentation. These savory crepes are always well received, but if you wish, as an encore presentation, this station can be turned over and "voila" you have dessert crepe favorites like Bananas Foster and Crepes Suzette. Include ice cream, fruit toppings and caramel sauce for a dessert tres magnifique.
Standing tall above the skyline of ingredients is an Eiffel Tower and a bereted waiter, both in replica. French lace and ribboned and bowed glass candle stands add a touch of a Parisian bistro to your party. Upscale this station with wrought iron canopy, fences and trellises for a more lavish setting at an addition charge.
