    Potato Bar

    Yukon gold mashed potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes are served up with all the fixings. Try sour cream, butter, chives, bacon bits (soy product), broccoli florets, cheese, caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms on your mashed potatoes. For mashed sweet potatoes go with cinnamon, brown sugar, marshmallows, maple syrup, chopped pecans and honey or any combination that’s just perfect for your palate.
Oversized champagne glasses hold the toppings that are generously scooped on your potato in the combination of your choice. Our menu blackboards listing the toppings are held by our chef figures completing the look of the station.
